Face Data Summary
Echovera processes images and videos that may contain facial information for AI image and video creation features. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 4 Data Retention, Section 7 Third-Party Services, Section 8 Data Security, and Section 5 User Rights and Deletion Requests. Face-containing content is processed only on infrastructure we control using our own models. We do not send face data to any third-party AI service.
Echovera ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and retain information when you use the Echovera mobile application and related services.
By using Echovera, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Echovera does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. All AI-related processing is performed on servers operated and controlled by our development team using our own models. Your uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, face data, and other user-generated content are never shared with or transmitted to external AI service providers.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User Content (Photos, Videos, Prompts, and Task Data)
Echovera allows users to upload or select photos and videos and enter prompts or task parameters to generate AI-enhanced images, videos, visual effects, or other creative results.
User-uploaded photos and videos may contain facial information, including your face or the face of other individuals. This content is collected only when you choose to submit it for a feature you request.
We may process the following user content:
- Photos, images, or videos you upload or select.
- Text prompts, style choices, feature selections, and task parameters you provide.
- Generated images, videos, previews, task status, and result-related metadata needed to provide the service.
1.2 Face Data
When you use AI image, AI video, image transformation, or face effect features, Echovera may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:
- What we collect: Images or videos you upload or select that may contain your face or the face of other individuals, together with related prompts, feature choices, and task parameters needed to perform the feature you request.
- How we use it: Face data is used only to create the AI result you requested. We do not use face data for identity verification, facial recognition, profiling, advertising targeting, or building biometric identifiers.
- Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell face data or share it with data brokers. Face-containing images, videos, prompts, and related task data are processed only on infrastructure we control and on servers operated by our development team. We do not send uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data to any third-party AI service.
- Storage: Face data may be stored temporarily on your device and on infrastructure we control while your requested AI result is being generated, delivered, and made available to you. We do not store face data on third-party AI platforms.
- Retention: Source images and videos that may contain face data are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 5; we will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, or security requirements.
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 of this Privacy Policy.
1.3 Account, Purchase, and App Data
We may collect account identifiers, login status, subscription or purchase status, credits balance, task history, feedback content, and support request information needed to operate Echovera and respond to user requests.
1.4 Device Information
We may collect limited device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, crash diagnostics, and device identifiers, to ensure Echovera functions correctly and to improve stability and security.
1.5 Analytics Data
We may collect usage and performance data to understand how users interact with Echovera, improve features, diagnose issues, and maintain service quality. Analytics data is not used to identify you by face or biometric characteristics.
1.6 Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
With your permission, Echovera may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. This identifier may be used to measure advertising performance, improve advertising relevance, and understand attribution. You can choose whether to allow tracking when the system permission prompt is displayed, and you can change your choice in iOS Settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide AI-powered image, video, and creative generation features you request.
- To process user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and task parameters to create requested results.
- To operate accounts, subscriptions, credits, task history, and customer support.
- To improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience.
- To measure advertising performance and attribution when permitted by you.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our rights.
We do not use photos, videos, prompts, or face data for facial recognition, biometric identification, profiling, or advertising targeting.
3. AI Processing and Service Providers
Echovera provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. When you choose an AI feature and submit content, your prompts, uploaded images or videos, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on our own servers to generate the result you request.
We do not send your photos, videos, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service. AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control.
Other service providers may receive limited non-content data needed to operate Echovera, such as authentication, storage, media delivery, analytics, crash reporting, advertising attribution, or payment services. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for AI model inference.
4. Data Retention
User-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and generated results are processed temporarily to create and deliver requested AI results.
Face data and media content: Source images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion.
Generated results, task history, account data, subscription records, credit records, technical logs, and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Echovera, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights.
You may request deletion of your content or account-related data at any time by contacting us as described in Section 11. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or security requirements.
5. User Rights and Deletion Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
To request deletion of your content, face data, account-related data, or other personal information, contact us at nguyenthikhanhva7089@icloud.com. Please include enough information for us to identify your account or request. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or security requirements.
6. App Tracking Transparency
Echovera uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework to request permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you grant permission, Echovera may use this identifier for advertising attribution, advertising performance measurement, and improving advertising relevance. If you decline permission, Echovera will not access the IDFA for tracking.
You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings.
7. Third-Party Services
Echovera may use limited third-party services for non-AI operational purposes, such as authentication, cloud storage, media delivery, analytics, crash diagnostics, advertising attribution, customer support, or payment processing.
Echovera does not use any third-party AI services. No user data, including photos, videos, images containing faces, face data, prompts, or other user-generated content, is sent to external AI providers for AI generation, AI model inference, AI training, or AI processing.
We do not share user-generated images, videos, prompts, or facial data with any third-party AI providers. We also do not sell personal information or face data to data brokers.
Apple may process payment information for App Store purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles such transactions under its own terms and privacy policies.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
User content, including images or videos that may contain faces, is processed only on infrastructure we control for the requested feature. We do not transmit face data to third-party AI platforms.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Echovera is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Your continued use of Echovera after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
